Private Training
Our Private Training is as individualized as it gets when working with a personal trainer. In these sessions you will be 1 on 1 with your trainer with a health and fitness plan catered specifically for you based on your health and fitness goals.

Semi-Private Training
In our Semi-Private Training sessions you can expect to be working out with up to 4 other clients per session. In these sessions we will pair you up with other clients with similar health and fitness goals. These sessions can be more affordable for clients if private training is too expensive.

Small Group Training
In our Small Group Training sessions you can expect up to 12 clients per session. These sessions are as close to a group fitness class as it gets at Motiv8. You will enjoy the upbeat class atmosphere while still having individualized attention from your trainer.

Massage Therapy
We offer Massage Therapy by appointment with our License Massage Therapist in our private massage room. The type of massage will be discussed when you book your appointment. We currently offer 60, 90 & 120 minute massage sessions.

Online Training
With our Online Training option we start with a Fitness Consultation either in person or a virtual meeting. With this option you will have weekly workouts sent to you on our branded app and your workout plan will be catered to you based on the equipment you have access to at your home or your own gym.

Registered Dietitian Services
Work one on one or in a group setting with our Registered Dietitian Lauren Colston. She accepts health insurance and HSA/FSA payments.
